Pilot / startup phase (beta)

Quang Ngai Land is currently in a startup / pilot phase, building a reference listing platform for Binh Son & Van Tuong. As of this notice, the website operator:

• does not hold a real estate business license under Vietnamese law;
• is not registered as a licensed real estate trading floor;
• does not hold a Vietnamese real estate broker certificate.

We are studying for broker certification and preparing to establish a company that meets legal requirements when we scale. This notice is for transparency; it does not grant immunity from legal responsibility if the site is operated in violation of applicable law.

Quang Ngai Land is not a licensed real estate brokerage, licensed real estate agent, or licensed real estate trading floor under Vietnamese law. This website only publishes reference listings and connects contacts between parties; we do not collect deposits, hold funds, represent, negotiate, or sign transactions on behalf of users.

Labels such as Legal Shield, reviewed, and any ROI information are internal checklist / tool outputs at the time of publication. They are not legal conclusions, formal valuations, transaction guarantees, mandatory offers, profit guarantees, or legal / investment advice in a licensed professional sense.

When you submit a listing or partner portal form, you confirm that:

• you are authorized to share the submitted information;
• where third-party personal data is included, you have obtained appropriate consent;
• the information is truthful to the best of your knowledge; and
• the website may refuse, remove or decline to publish information that appears unsupported, misleading, or inconsistent with applicable law.
